What data can be deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your ghstops account to the extent required by applicable law and our retention obligations.

How to request deletion

To request deletion, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to privacy@ghstops.com from the email address you use to sign in to ghstops.
2. Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
3. Include your full name and (if applicable) your organisation/business name in the message.

Removing app access on third-party platforms

If you previously connected ghstops to a third-party platform, you can also remove ghstops access from that platform’s account settings (for example, under “Apps” or “Apps and Websites”).

Processing time

We will respond to confirm your request and process deletion within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7 days, unless a longer period is required by law or justified by the complexity of the request.
